UltraViolet™

UltraViolet™ is a cool new way to collect and enjoy your movies and TV shows from one place "in the cloud."  (Yep, some of us are not quite sure where that is, either.)

Many media and technology companies support UltraViolet.

Once you link M-GO to a free UltraViolet account, you can purchase an M-GO UltraViolet title without having to link your accounts again.

If you've purchased an UltraViolet title for which we don't yet have an UltraViolet licensing deal, we'll provide you info on where to go play it out.  But know we're working to make all UltraViolet titles available directly through M-GO as soon as we can!

After linking the accounts, to view your M-GO UltraViolet Titles, select your library and then the UltraViolet™ tab.

To create or link your UltraViolet account on M-GO

Before you start, make sure you are using a supported device:

To create or link your UltraViolet account:

  1. Visit www.mgo.com/watch to launch M-GO on the web.
  2. Click login.
  3. If prompted to select a profile, pick the one you want to use.
  4. Go to account > settings.  If you're using a web browser, to get to your account, first click your avatar on the right side of the header at the top of any page.
  5. Click app settings.
  6. In the UltraViolet card, click link an account (Note you'll need to be at least 18 years old).
  7. Follow the instructions to create an account or link an existing one; it won’t take long.
     

To find UltraViolet content you've purchased

It's easy to find your UltraViolet content on M-GO -- once you've linked M-GO to an UltraViolet account (as described above).  

From your library, you can playback any M-GO UltraViolet title, and you can playback any UltraViolet you've purchased elsewhere if M-GO also has a licensing deal for that title.  

If you've linked your accounts and have purchased an UltraViolet title for which we don't yet have an UltraViolet licensing deal, we'll provide you info on where to go play it out.  But know we're working to make all UltraViolet titles available directly through M-GO as soon as we can!

To find your UltraViolet purchases in your library on M-GO:

  1. Login to M-GO.
  2. On the home page, select your library.  (If you're using a web browser, there's a link to your library in the header.)
  3. Select the UltraViolet™ tab.  M-GO will display all titles associated with the UltraViolet account that you linked to your M-GO account, including UltraViolet titles you purchased through M-GO.

To unlink an UltraViolet account

You can unlink your UltraViolet account using the M-GO Admin profile (the person in who created the M-GO account).

To unlink an UltraViolet account:

  1. Go to www.mgo.com/watch and log in using the admin profile.
  2. Select account > settings > app settings. If you're using a web browser, to get to your account, first click your avatar on the right side of the header at the top of any page.
  3. In the UltraViolet section, click unlink.
    If you run into problems, you can always Contact Support.
