The last year with the Biermanns has been out of control, to say the least. In the midst of dealing with Kroy’s season-ending football injury and moving into their dream home, they welcomed a set of twins into the world. Caring for six children in a lavish new 17,000 square-foot home, complete with a movie theater, man cave, basketball court, pool, spa and gym, the Biermanns need help – and birth control. Bringing on new staff adds to the already crowded household with the return of Kim’s longtime friend and assistant, Sweetie and their nanny, Lana.

Synopsis

The last year with the Biermanns has been out of control, to say the least. Brielle has big plans to party with her friends in Destin, but Kroy questions whether she’s up to no good.
