How do I redeem my promo code?
Promo codes are sent to your email address or might be posted on this web site. Log in to your M-GO account, find an awesome movie or TV show to watch, select rent or buy and then choose SD or HD format.  (Note that if you're using a web browser, first decide on HD or SD.) Type your promo code in the highlighted field, and click apply. You can then select watch now and start enjoying your movie or TV show!
If your promo code does not work, it might be because you copied it from an email message or selected it from a list of suggestions that your browser displayed. It may seem prehistoric to type in your code, but M-GO needs your keystrokes to validate the promo code. You must also click the apply button (and not press ENTER on your keyboard).
To redeem a promo code:
  1. Log in to your M-GO account.
  2. Select the movie or TV show you would like to rent or buy.
  3. Choose the version of the movie (or, in  some cases, TV show) you would like to rent: standard definition (SD) or high definition (HD).
  4. If prompted, enter your PIN and click done.
  5. In the purchase options window (or, if you're using a web browser, the "Review Order" page), enter the promo code and click Apply. Please do not copy and paste the code, and do not press ENTER to apply the code. If your promo code is valid, M-GO will display the adjusted rental price.
  6. Complete your purchase and enjoy your movie or TV show!

You should get an Order Confirmation email which shows that the promo discount was applied to your transaction.
If you run into any problems, you can always Contact Support.
